Word Sport Karate Federation Rules -- In a sparring match or forms competition, rules very similar to these may be enforced. It is up to you to read your tournament rules before attending. You may find variance in the length of time it is legal to grab an opponent's uniform, the number of points awarded for hand and foot techniques, whether sweeps are allowed, etc.

Sport Martial Arts Tournament Search -- Use this tool to find a tournament held anywhere in the world. (Of course, the roughest tournaments may not be publicly advertised. Others may not appear due to oversight.)
